Hey Ayan, here’s a tutorial for the solo. We’re just going to play everything two frets higher than the video and slap a capo on your second fret to make up for the open strings. I know that first passage in the solo is scary, but it’s all hammer ons and pull offs! I would suggest even to start that we ignore the first hammer on for each string, so basically you would start on the second note (the highest one on each string) and just do the two pull offs. That’ll buy you time. Definitely bring this to Chris though and keep me posted on how you are doing!

You’ll be playing the top guitar on the video below. Remember it’s tuned down a half step. You can use the Transpose Chrome plugin to bring it up a half step, tune your guitar down, or just look at the tabs.

I forgot in the video that the section where you go from the 5th fret to the 3rd to the 2nd is in counts of seven. For now just learn those positions, we will learn in class how to move through them, or take it to Soren.
