For the solo to separate ways, you can choose to do the bends or the slides. Please give a real try to start with the bends. I also didnt mention on the video, you will want to have crunch, reverb, and a good amount of delay for that solo. Delay will make any mistakes VERY noticeable, so be careful there
Remember to bring a second guitar to every rehearsal and performance for “It’s my Life”

The drum solo to Separate ways is unbelievably hard. Work with Jeremy on your own solo for that part that keeps the epic emotion of the solo, but not necessarily what’s on the Journey record

Here is a video of me playing the whole song with the track to clarify when each part happens. It’s a little different than what i showed you at rehearsal. Also, we are adding octaves in your left hand to fill out the chorus chords.
