Chamber Music Camp (ages 12-14 & 15-adult)
July 6th-10th (10am-3pm)
Students discover the beauty and depth of classical music in this fun 5-day program! Students will work on improving their overall music skills while sharing the experience off playing with others. This 5-day session packed with tons of playing! The week includes the following:
- Instrument-Specific Technique Training
- Ear training and Musical Knowledge Study
- Classes in Stylistic Study
- Improvisation Workshops
- Sectional and Group Rehearsals
- Listening and Movement
- A Final Performance at a Venue TBA on Friday, July 10, 2pm
An audition or Coast Music faculty recommendation is required in order to participate in this Chamber Music program.

Out of Town Participants
(Ages 12 and up)
If you live out of town and seek housing, you may be interested in our host family program. We have a short list of trusted families who look forward to hosting our summer program participants. Host families provide a private room (or shared room with another approved participant), housing, breakfast and dinner. The nightly fee is $200/night. All families and participants will meet over zoom before the arrangement is approved. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page if you are interested in placement with a host family.
