How to Register A Band

Registration in now open for the January – June 2026 band session. New and Returning Students. Please follow the steps to register a band.

Audition (If needed)

You will be contacted if you need an audition. (Auditions are usually not required for current Coast Music students.)

Complete Enrollment

Once we have your band confirmed in mid December, you will receive and email with the full band session schedule and a link to sign the band contract and pay. Rehearsals begin the week of January 5.

Pop and Jazz Bands for All-Ages

Students participate in Pop & Jazz Bands, gaining hands-on experience in rehearsals, live performances, and community events. These group experiences teach teamwork, musicality, and real-world performance skills while making music education fun and inspiring.

My 8 year old daughter went to camp at Coast Music this summer and loved it! She wasn't very familiar with most instruments but the classes taught her and her band 3 of their favorite songs and they performed so beautifully! We brought friends and family to the show and everyone was blown away. We're starting keys next week! What a positive and warm experience!
