For the Fall out Boy tune, your power over how big and small the song can get comes from when you are playing the second keyboard or not. When we want to get huge (intro, chorus, etc) add the organ in.

In Sugar We’re Going Down, you actually have a lot of the load in creating dynamics for the song. There is a huge energy difference from when you are playing whole notes, vs eighth notes.
Also, listen to the song a good amount, so the pre-chorus doesn’t sneak up on you and catch you off guard

For that super cool lead line in the intro. I love how you reintroduced it for the verse, keep that. I would say, though, that we should wait til the second time through the progression, so that the first half of the verse is settled. It’ll give a way bigger payoff energetically when you do it that way!
