For the Counting stars percussion, it's SUPER important you keep the claps on beat 2 and 4.  Pay extra close attention to the bridge (3minute mark of the song) to that part is just voices and you clapping quarter notes (then fast eighth notes halfway through) Super cool part!

Coco

One thing about singing this song, is its a LOT of words coming fast.  Try to find the right spots to take a nice big breath! This song also only works if you're having fun!

Mila

Counting stars is a little crazy, because it randomly adds measures where you stay extra long on the A note on keybass.  Get really familiar with the song(by listening to it heh) so you get a natural feel for when they sing extra long "couldn't lie couldn't lie" or "everything that kills me.............................................................................makes me feel alive"

Myles

You are the only instrument that switches between parts a BUNCH. I really want you to be the one who has listent to Counting Stars the most. IT is SUCH a fun drum part, but you have to be familiar with it :)

Parker

In counting stars, a LOT of kids have trouble with the rhythm of that lead line (the top keyboard part) Please practice that one with the track, so its super comfortable for you to play!
