Asher

Great job on your grooves! Please review Boom to make sure you hit the refrains confidently, but the biggest one is the chorus for Sunshine of Your Love!

Ayan

Great job on your parts Ayan. More than anything, practice sounding more relaxed on Sunshine! It’s a groovy riff, don’t try to get ahead of it. That applies to a lot of the other songs as well. Prioritize playing parts that feel good and groovy! Will make you sound even more confident as a player. If you are fishing for something, don’t strum until you feel confident you have your left hand in the right place!

Dylan

Awesome job Dylan, proud of your commitment to the band, the music, and wanting to be challenged. You’ve been great about learning your parts and song forms, now take some time to make sure they all sound as clean as possible! No dead or buzzy strings, we want what comes out of your guitar to be crystal clear.

Evie

Keep reviewing Boom vocals and make sure you bring Break My Heart to your drum teacher to review the empty beat in the choruses!

Riley

Keep reviewing your Sunshine and Break My Heart vocals! Especially want to make sure you don’t skip the second half of the choruses. They are all long. Make sure you are also confident on Titanium and Boom keys, especially getting into the Boom bridge.

Tessa

Great job Tessa, overall the best thing you can do at this point is a solid review of the set so that you can be a leader in the band and help people keep it together. A strong bass can cover up a lot of mistakes in a band! And when you are singing, you can subtly give the band signals about where the music is going. Like when you repeat “but I can love me better than” you can look at the band and make a big deal out of it so they don’t miss it. And from there, you can hold the high note and let your background vocalists sing the hook!
