Coast Music Conservatory’s voice staff is second to none, and we have a wide range of exciting vocal ensembles. From Minor 6 and the Coast Gospel Choir to Mini-Pop Stars and the Coast Caroling Choir, there’s something for everyone.If you’d like to join one of our groups this year, it’s not too early to call!

Mini Pop Stars is a fun-filled class designed for young singers to shine like their favorite pop stars! In this class, students develop basic singing techniques through group performance of songs with choreography. No previous singing or dance experience is required and beginners are welcome. Classes are 45-minutes long, and the group meets every Saturday 9:00am-9:45am. The tuition for participation is $200 for the Winter 2017 session, and the first class is free. The session ends with an exciting performance for friends and family at Loyola Marymount University’s Murphy Recital Hall. Class size is limited, so please sign up early to ensure a spot!
Minor 6 is a vocal acappella group comprised of 6 talented singers ages 13 through 17, and the group is quickly becoming the newest internet sensation! We currently have an opening for a vocal percussionist who can harmonize. You can watch the group singing their latest arrangement through this link: Thriller.

Coast Gospel Choir
Coast Music Conservatory’s Gospel Choir is directed by Roosevelt Christmas who introduces the group to incredible and inspiring music each week. This class is not limited to singers of any particular faith. We are simply celebrating life through music! The group rehearses Mondays from 7:30-9:00pm. This is a donation based choir. Coast Caroling Choir
Ages 16 – Adult
This fall we are so excited to introduce our first-ever caroling choir! The group will learn Christmas and Chanukkah favorites in 4 part harmony. Singers must have excellent intonation and the ability to harmonize in order to participate in this group.
The group will start rehearsing in early September, so check back for registration and more information this summer.
