Alexa Birt is a classically-trained musician originally from Kansas City, who has studied music for over 2 decades. She has a BA in Music from Pepperdine University.  She has performed in  numerous Chamber Music Festivals in the US and in Germany.  Alexa is a chamber music and violin and viola specialist, and she also has a background in guitar, piano, flute and voice.

She is the winner of the Thomas Osborn competition and also made it into the final round of the Kocian International Violin Competition in the Czech Republic. She has performed with Heartland Chamber Music, Missouri All-State Orchestra, the Tanglewood Institute and more!​

“Music has been my greatest passion for as long as I can remember, and I seek to share it through performance and educational opportunities. I believe music is one of the purest and most intimate art forms, and that same authenticity inspires the way I live my everyday life.” In her free time, Alexa enjoys relaxing with her dog Holden, catching a sunset on the beach, and discovering new artists on Spotify.
